The Allison South Property is located 100 km east of Red Lake, Ontario. It is within the Uchi Subprovince, approximately 9 km north of the Uchi-English River Subprovince Boundary.

The opportunity at the Allison South Property pertains to an S-type, peraluminous granite referred to as the Allison Lake Batholith. This batholith was studied by the Ontario Geological Survey (OGS) during Operation Treasure Hunt between 2001-2006. They concluded the Allison Lake Batholith to be the largest fertile, peraluminous granite in Northwestern Ontario, having several characteristics of those known to be associated with lithium-cesium-tantalum (LCT) type pegmatites. Based on samples collected across the batholith, fractioning of pegmatites was found to increase toward the western contact of the batholith and through the finger extending from the batholith toward the southeast. The OGS recommended additional exploration in this general area.

Several rare-earth pegmatites hosting oxide minerals and beryl were documented during the study, as well as since, including a beryl discovery by Bounty Gold Corp and Last Resort Resources in July 2022.

The Allison Lake Batholith is undergoing active exploration by several lithium-focused companies, including Green Technology Metals and Portofino Resources. Green Technology Metals has delineated an “LCT Goldilocks Zone” which is projected through Bounty Gold Corp’s Allison South Property.
